We are recruiting an experienced and passionate Nursery Manager to work for a brand new 30 place Nursery based close to Northwich, due to open in August. The Nursery will be brand new and so in need of someone experienced to do the full setting up with the support of the owner including writing the policies and procedures, speaking with Ofsted to get the setting registered etc. The nursery plans are fabulous and the resources that will be available are beautiful. The role is full time working Monday to Friday and there is local free parking available as well as close public transport links.
The role of Nursery Manager will include:
- Helping the owner register and set up the Nursery from scratch
- Be the EYFS lead and expert
- Overseeing the day to day nursery management
- Recruit the team collaboratively with the owner
- Building occupancy and getting new families enrolled
- Embedding high quality education and role modelling high quality practice
- Inspiring leader to a team of 7+ staff
As the Nursery Manager you will need to have:
- Full and relevant early years qualification
- Previous experience managing a Nursery
- Previous Ofsted inspection experience
- Able to lead and motivate a team
- Proven success at managing a Nursery to a high quality
- Excellent parent partnerships
